Afternoon tea with a very special friend and my parents.
The food was great and service second to none.
The staff were friendly and attentive - nothing was too much trouble.

We've been a couple of time but today was even better than usual. The food was excellent. Delicious in fact. Tim is THE BEST host. What a great guy. We will definitely be back next year. P.S the red cabbage was the best we've ever tasted. Merry Christmas

Excellent tea room, with an open fire , so lovely and warm.
Large menu with daily specials. Beautiful cake selection. Staff very welcoming and pleasant, especially Tim who is very efficient.
Would definitely recommend, and although walk ins are welcome, booking is advisable.

I had the most delightful morning enjoying a delicious breakfast with my wife at this charming spot. The food was truly tasty and satisfying, setting the perfect tone for our day ahead. After our meal, we wandered over to the well-stocked nursery and garden/farm shop, where we were greeted by a beautiful array of plants and local products. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making our visit all the more enjoyable. It was a peaceful and refreshing experience, and we left feeling inspired and happy. I highly recommend this place for a lovely breakfast and a leisurely browse through their wonderful selection of goods.

Jackson’s Nurseries did me so proud today, I booked for a party of 12, we all had a hot dinner which was a mixture of food from the menu and a Sunday dinner. I had a beef dinner which was lovely, the beef lovely and tender and the food hot.
The service was excellent, all the meals came out together and there wasn’t much left in plates at all! Dessert was delicious!! ?
Made my birthday a very special event, 4 generations together.

First visit, October 2023.
Started with sausage butties for breakfast - delicious. Also picked up a cheeky couple of slices of homemade cake for later at home.
The building is all joined together, so you move through the little farm shop into the garden centre. The shop isn't the cheapest place around, but it's currently selling Christmas gifts so that's normal, and they are beautifully packaged items too !
Move into the small garden centre for tools, bird feed, plant stuffs, etc, and into the outdoor area for an abundance of plants, trees and shrubs.
A very pleasant experience ☺️

What's not to love about Jackson's Tea room and farm shop. Great food. brilliant service, all in a wonderful location. The staff always make you feel very welcome, and nothing is too much trouble. The farm shop offers that something a little bit different. The nurseries have everything you could possibly want for the garden and is a fantastic area to explore. I would advise booking in advance for the tea room, but that being said we have never failed to get a table when we have visited on spec, but we have had to wait until one became available on occasion. But that's a testament to how popular Jackson's is, and if you do have to wait there is always the farm shop to explore.

Me and family had yet again another lovey experience at Jacksons tearoom.
The service is always with a smile the food, cakes and drinks were as lovely as always, real hearty comfort food and you all deserve the recognition for it. Keep it up.
