Having placed an order on line I did not receive any confirmation email and did not hear anything for a few days I then got a generic email outlining that orders normally take up to eight days before delivery.
I was not told which carrier would be delivering the order or estimated timescale
I found this very disappointing and falls well short of the industry standards used by competitors who keep customers informed during all stages from ordering, dispatch and delivery so the customer can plan in advance to take delivery of the order without having to stay at home waiting for delivery

My new raised bed arrived in good time in spite of teh winter weather! When I had a query the customer services team were wonderful - very patient with me. I have now put it together, and it looks fantastic! I cannot wait to get it filled and planted.

My recent purchase consisted of some netting to wrap around the cages of my raised beds to keep out foxes, which plague gardens around our area. The netting is of a very good quality, meaning that it is strong and should do the job for which it is intended. My purchases from this company have been without problems over the years and I can recommend their service and the products I have purchased.

I purchased two metal deep beds which were on a special offer. They came promptly and were exactly what I wanted, easy to assemble and are now ready for the new growing season. I am delighted with my purchase and will probably buy some more in the new year.

I ordered direct by phone, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. My garden furniture was delivered earlier than expected and the delivery guys were happy to put it in situ. I am extremely pleased with the set and look forward to using it for many years to come.

A good company to deal with. I purchased a steel garden arch which is well made and quite expensive. My plan was to sink it into the ground which is quite hard and stoney. I purchased the hole maker which is just a short length of thick walled tube. It’s nearly impossible to sink the holes in exactly the right position. In my case the distance between the two pairs of holes were 8 mm different. This was enough to throw the arch slightly out of alignment even though the uprights are parallel and vertical. Hopefully it won’t be noticeable once we have vegetation on the arch. Despite all that I’m reasonably happy with it. It’s not as sturdy as a wooden arch and it remains to be seen how it stands up to a strong wind
