Left a hedge trimmer for repair, it took 2 weeks before they even looked at it. I didn’t want to spend the money repairing so had the Mrs pick it up for me, she came back with it in pieces and they told her I knew it wasn’t put back together which was definitely not the case and it is now missing bolts. Really not happy at all useless service now costing me more time and money.

Not recommended. They tried to tell my mother in law her lawnmower was a write-off, when in fact all it needed was a decent service, the carb cleaning out, and a new blade. The mower is now back in service and working perfectly well.

Used Google maps to get there, as other sat nav didn't locate the place. Was greeted warmly by a friendly Jeff (not the Jeff that my wife spoke to the day before). The mower that my wife enquired about the day before, was on display and pushed forward from the other mowers.

I had brought my daughter with me and typically, she needed the toilet when we got there, so we were shown it straight away.

Overall, Jeff was knowledgeable and was able to demonstrate how the mower worked and was not pushy and happily showed other mowers that were cheaper. In the end I got the one that was recommended and was told about the after care. I was also given the ease of mind that they will register the warranty for me and send the invoice in the post.

Jeff also helped me get the mower into my vehicle after explaining some other features of the mower. Great service and would recommend them to others.
