Good people and good place to pick up a load from. They do go by appts. Once in dock/ramp they are quick to load. Weight distribution is perfect. Scale on site.

Shawna in the office was very nice and Gary M was the best! In and out in less than 1 hour. Very easy to load. Outside loading and super quick. One of the best

I showed up 2 hours early. They still got me unloaded as soon as they could.

Showed up at appt time. They only had one forklift due to nails they get in the stock yard. Waited maybe 1 hour with 2 trucks ahead of me they had me skip the line and get loaded. Depending who who drive for the detention pay can be costly to the business. Also what kind of relationship there is with the customer. I'll load again.

i love picking up loads from here, there are quick to load and im always in and out. the receptionist she is always nice.

If you have a load from this place don't accept it. This has got to be the worst place I've picked up from in a long while. Got here at 11:15 am and checked in. The guys here were screwing around on the lifts and front end loaders, talking and who knows what else for just about 4 hours before they finally backed us into a dock. They kept moving pallets of material around but nothing for for our load and even more screwing around.Had a 12:00pm appointment and it's now 3:10 and they barely began loading. Expect to be here and run out of hours.

I knew earlier in the day that I wouldn't be able to arrive before they closed at 2pm, so the manager gave me a cell number and made arrangements for someone to unload me. I got in 15 minutes after they closed, she and one other supervisor came in and unloaded me, and I was able to pick up the next load. I appreciate that they were willing to work with me, since the next load was an oversize, and the permit would have expired before I could have waited the weekend. Thanks, Premier!

Gracious, personal, and efficient...words that truckers usually don't use to describe a live load situation. I arrived on time and within 15 minutes I was greeted by the forklift operator instructed which ramp to backup to and I was loaded and out...from checking to departure within an hour!!!
